The MQ-1 Predator drone was on a surveillance mission, along with two manned US military airplanes, when the Iranian F-4 jet flew within 16 miles of the drone, Pentagon spokesman George Little Thursday in an e-mailed statement.
After a ?verbal warning? from US command, the Iranian plane stopped the pursuit.
