My client is a prominent Microsoft Gold Partner in the UK with a passion for SharePoint and a requirement for a new SharePoint Solutions Architect to join their team. They have undergone a period of strong growth and have won a number of top clients in the UK, building up a great pipeline of business for the next SharePoint Architect to get working on. My client has a great relationship with Microsoft and has had regular meetings with them which has enhanced their reputation in the industry a huge amount. Training and personal development plays a big part within this company so you'll find yourself keeping up to date with the latest developments in SharePoint and the most up to date Certifications.

The role itself is full life-cycle so you will be involved in everything - scope, spec, deploy, code, configure, post-sales. It will be heavily client facing and will also include elements of management as you will work with SharePoint Consultants/Developers who you will be able to assign to projects as required, you will also be involved in their development through training them on the job and ensuring they keep on top of the latest developments in the market and follow best practises. It is a very pro-active role and will require you to use your initiative to help grow the SharePoint side of the practice through streamlining internal processes where you can see the opportunity as well.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years SharePoint experience
* 2 years of client facing experience with technical architecture responsibility
* Extensive experience in coding with .NET C#, ASP.NET, WCF, SQL Server, etc
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
